Built for operators. Not an audience.

A dozen or so founders and operators, once a month, off the record. No speakers. No slides. No pitch. Just the conversations you can't have anywhere else.

+ What we get intoShow less

Whatever the room actually needs. Think pricing and holding onto revenue, hiring and keeping good people, what AI is changing on the ground, and the deals and mistakes nobody posts about. Bring a real problem. The table works it.

What's the best call you made this year, and what did it cost you?
What's quietly broken in your business that you haven't said out loud?
What do you know now that you wish someone had told you two years ago?

Who runs it

Run by an operator, not a brand.

Christian Gibbs has spent a decade building teams alongside founders, most of it in Orange County. He started this room for the conversations he wishes he'd had earlier. Full transparency: by day he helps companies hire around the world at Solvo. That's the day job, and it stays at the door. Nobody pitches at this table, the host included. If you ever want his professional take, ask him after the plates are cleared.

Request a seat

Twelve seats. Every request is read.

This isn't a sign-up. It's a request. Each room is twelve people, chosen for fit, and it's free to join. Tell me what you're building, and if it's a match, I'll reach out personally about the next one.

Every request is read personally. You'll hear back either way.

Request received.

I read every one personally. If it's a fit for the next room, I'll be in touch, usually within a day or two. Anything urgent? Christian.Gibbs@SolvoGlobal.com

The details

Common questions, straight answers.

What is Operators After Hours?

A private, invite-only community for founders and operators in Orange County. A dozen people once a month, off the record: no name tags, no pitches, no audience. Anyone can join the wider community; the room itself is twelve seats, curated.

Is this a networking event?

Not the kind you're used to. Most networking events in Orange County optimize for volume: big rooms, name tags, elevator pitches. Operators After Hours optimizes for depth. Twelve people, real problems, and conversations that keep going long after the night ends.

Who is it for?

Founders, CEOs, COOs, revenue leaders, HR and CX leaders, and the operators who actually run companies in Orange County. Stage matters less than fit: some guests run eight figure companies, others are building their first.

How do I get a seat?

Request one through the form on this page. Every request is read personally and each room is capped at twelve, chosen for fit. You'll hear back either way, usually within a day or two.

What does it cost?

Nothing. A seat is free. The only expectation is generosity: bring what you've learned and be straight with the room.

Where and when do you meet?

Once a month at a private venue in Orange County. The location is shared with confirmed guests ahead of each room.
